Each item is customized,and tailored to the honoree's information provided by the consumer. Brief information is obtained such as whats the occasion (if applicable). Whats the honoree's likes,hometown, favorite colors etc . You as the purchaser will also have the option to submit up to 3 clear photos , and list up to 5 attributes or memories you'd like to have acknowledged through a poetic dedication. Don't have photos? Not a problem I can still assist, and make your dedication personalized & glamorous.
All Sales are final
Once you as the consumer has approved on the layout of your order details confirming that the dates,names, and shipping address are all correct, the payment will then be collected either through our Cash App or Zelle account. Since all orders created are personalized and customized there will be
NO REFUND or NO EXCHANGE.
